From Sept 21 to 26, the Richmond Olympic Oval was the site of some of the best wheelchair rugby the sport has ever seen. Over the six-day event, over 14,000 people passed through the doors and thousands of people from 41 countries watched the event via webcast. Thank you to the countless athletes, coaches, volunteers, organizers and sponsors who made the 2010 World Wheelchair Rugby Championships such a success.

Congratulations to Team USA who won their fourth World Championship gold medal. Team Australia captured the silver and Team Japan won their first-ever bronze medal. We look forward to seeing everyone in London for the 2012 Paralympics!
